About the Role

As the Residential Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial management of the facility. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and drive a culture of respect, safety, and exceptional care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care

• Lead and develop a passionate, high-performing team

• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements

• Manage budgets, rosters, workforce planning, and performance outcomes

• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)

• Proven leadership experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care (Minimum 2 years experience)

• Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care standards

• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for quality aged care and resident wellbeing
